- Can I make a purchase from my country?

Depending on the countries or the areas, we must limit our trade to respect the Security Export Control Policy. We carefully restrict our trade by defining which country to ship, who the end user is, and how our products will be used. Please contact us for more information.
- How do I order your products?

First, you will need to request for a quotation since shipping, bank and handling fee are to be determined before ordering. Kindly choose the item(s) you desire through our website, fill out the quotation request form, and submit it. You will receive the quotation within 2 business days. After confirming the quotation, you can place your order by e-mail or fax and then proceed the payment afterwards.
- What payment methods are accepted?

Credit cards are NOT accepted for all customers.
*International customers*
Wire transfer payment is accepted. All prices are listed in Japanese YEN. Payment is required in advance of the shipment. After you confirm the quotation, we will send the pro-forma invoice and the bank information for your payment.
*Domestic customers*
Various payments are accepted. Please feel free to ask us for more details. - How much is the shipping fee?

Since the shipping fee varies by the product quantity, the destination, and the package weight, it will be determined after your quotation request. The quotation will include the bank fee and the shipping fee.
- Can I pay with other currency besides Japanese Yen?

Only Japanese Yen is accepted.
